How It Works

Basically... you bring the booze, we bring the fun!
Per California state law, mobile bars are not eligible for liquor licenses. We are unable to purchase or sell alcohol on your behalf. You purchase the alcohol and we’ll provide everything else.
Not sure what alcohol to get – tell us what drinks you want to serve and we’ll provide a shopping list or let us come up with a drinks menu for you, fully customized for your event.

The Wanderer
Simple, stylish, and perfectly chilled—just like your event!
The Wanderer package is ideal for those who love the classics. We serve beer, wine, and seltzers with optional beer on tap for that fresh-pour experience. This package includes our charming mobile trailer, two friendly bartenders, and four hours of drink service. We’ll handle the drinkware, water, and ice to keep things flowing smoothly, plus we’ll toss in up to two non-alcoholic beverages to keep all your guests happy.
For the adventurers who want a little more flair in their pour.
The Explorer package takes everything in The Wanderer and kicks it up a notch. Along with beer, wine, and seltzers, you’ll get up to three hand-crafted signature cocktails from our menu, complete with fresh mixers that add a touch of magic to your event. Perfect for creating a memorable toast! As always, our mobile trailer, two expert bartenders, and four hours of service are included. Want a little more? Additional services available below.

Frequently Asked Questions
Service within a 50 mile radius of Fresno, CA is included in the price. We absolutely will service outside of that radius with minimal additional fees.
Absolutely! You can pay the full balance or split it into 2 payments with 50% due at time of booking and the remaining due 30 days before the event.
Simple... you bought it, you keep it! If there is any leftover alcohol after our services are completed, we will happily close, package and give it to you before we leave the venue. However, with our custom drink menu and easy-to-follow shopping list, there shouldn't be much leftover as we aim for accuracy to help with costs.
Easy, all alcohol required for serving expected guest count. We will work with you on drink calculations and grocery lists for appropriate beverages. Pick up service may be available upon request but all items must be prepaid. We provide everything else!
Of course! Weddings and other private events are our bread and butter! Birthday, retirement, and corporate parties, bridal and baby showers, retreats, rehearsal dinners...just to name a few...
We totally get it and would love to work with you on customization options! You can send us your favorite drink recipe and we will give you a shopping list accordingly. Be sure to send us your recipe no later than 30 days before your event to ensure we can have the proper supplies.
We will need room to pull in with a pick up truck, back up and potentially turn around. Curbs are a great option as well as our windows are on the passenger side. But don't worry, we will work with you on space needed during our Connection Call.
Due to insurance policies and the craftsmanship in our trailers, we do not offer trailer only rentals. But we are always looking to expand our services so don't hesitate to reach out if you have other needs.
